My Little Corner
of The Internet

Welcome to my world.

Is Suffering a necessary part of Human Existence?

What would life be like without suffering? Is it a necessary of human existence? I have always wondered what my life would have been like without it... I sometimes ask myself: would I choose a life without it if given the chance? The answer always remains the same... no. In this article, I will explain why my answer is no and why I believe that suffering is a necessary part of our existence.

Suffering is the basis of Growth

Suffering can be a catalyst for personal growth, although it's not always the case. When we experience pain, loss, or hardship, we are forced to confront our own limitations and vulnerabilities. This can be incredibly difficult and painful, but it can also lead to profound personal growth and transformation.

Through suffering, we may develop a deeper sense of empathy and compassion for others who are also struggling. We may also gain a greater appreciation for the people and things in our lives that we may have taken for granted before. Suffering can also inspire us to become more resilient, courageous, and determined in the face of adversity.

Of course, not all suffering leads to growth, and it's important to seek support and resources if you're struggling. However, if we can find meaning and purpose in our pain, we may be able to use it as a catalyst for personal growth and positive change. Therefore, growth is a necessary part of the human existence, so doing it through suffering.

The Easy Road

I wouldn't want to alter my past because it has shaped me into the person I am today, despite the struggles I've endured. Though I have experienced my share of hardships, I have grown to love and appreciate myself for persevering through them. While I have forgiven those who have wronged me, I haven't forgotten the lessons I learned from those experiences. These challenges have helped me to build strength and resilience, and I am confident in my ability to overcome any obstacles that may come my way. My journey hasn't been easy and I know it never will be, but I am grateful to be alive and able to share my story.

You have two choices in life: either be a victim or a warrior.

Making a choice between the easy way and the hard way is something I have faced in my own life. I know what it's like to feel like a victim, and I've also experienced the sense of empowerment that comes with being a warrior. When we choose the easy way or play the victim, we miss out on opportunities for growth and learning. We become stagnant and trapped in our own negativity.

Despite being a victim of different crimes and experiencing hate, I have made the decision to not let these experiences define me. Instead, I choose to be a survivor, to be a warrior. I understand that this is not an easy path, but it is the one that allows me to grow, learn and evolve as a person.

Acknowledging where I have gone wrong, reflecting on what I could have done differently, and learning from my experiences has been crucial in developing my mental strength. It has taken years of hard work and therapy, both with a professional and on my own, to get to where I am today. There have been moments where I almost gave in to the temptation of the easy way out, but I am proud that I didn't.

Choosing to take the hard way has been the best decision I have ever made. It has allowed me to move forward and become the best version of myself, one step at a time. As long as you think that the cause of your problem is “out there”, as long as you think that anyone or anything is responsible for your suffering, the situation is won't change. It means that you are forever in the role of victim, that you’re suffering in paradise.

The Beauty of Life

In my experience, I have come to believe that true beauty in life can only be seen through the lens of suffering. It's through the tough times that we can truly appreciate the good in life, and understand the depth of the human experience. When we take the time to understand what has shaped someone's life, we can truly appreciate the beauty of who they are. Every person has a unique story, and it's through their struggles and hardships that they become who they are today. Without suffering, we cannot truly understand and appreciate the complexity of human existence.

It's only when we have struggled to breathe, fought through physical or emotional pain, that we can truly appreciate the beauty of fresh oxygen pumping through our lungs and the strength of our own heartbeat. Similarly, it's only when we have faced challenges in our conversations with others that we can appreciate the depth and beauty of truly meaningful dialogue. Every day is a gift, and every moment should be treasured. It's through the hardships that we can truly appreciate the beauty of life and what it has to offer.

Throw me to the wolves & I will return leading the pack.

Suffering is not something that anyone enjoys, and I am no exception. But I have come to recognize that it is an inevitable part of the human experience, and one that can lead to growth and transformation. Though it may be difficult to see in the moment, suffering can lead to incredible beauty in the form of strength, resilience, and inner peace. I have learned that the rain always comes before the sun, and that sometimes we need to experience hell before we can truly appreciate heaven. It's not that there is beauty in the hardships themselves, but rather in the process of building ourselves up and finding peace and meaning in the aftermath.

One of the most beautiful aspects of suffering is the way it can bring people closer together. When we go through difficult times, we often find ourselves seeking connection with others, and this can lead to deeper and more meaningful relationships. It's through these connections that we can find the strength to keep moving forward, even when things feel impossible.

Ultimately, suffering is an integral part of the human experience, and one that we cannot avoid. But I have learned that by embracing it and finding meaning in the midst of it, we can emerge stronger and more resilient than ever before. And that, to me, is a truly beautiful thing.

In the end, what is Human Existence?

When it comes to the question of human existence, there are many different perspectives to consider. From a biological or evolutionary standpoint, we might look at how we have adapted and evolved over time. From a psychological or sociological perspective, we might examine the ways in which we interact with one another and with the world around us.

But for me, when I think about human existence, I see it as a one-way road. We are all on this road together, but we each have our own unique way of travelling it. Some of us walk, some drive cars, some ride bicycles, and others might venture off-road. Along the way, there will be bumps, hills, and technical problems to overcome. Some of us might even get lost from time to time.

But I don't believe that the destination is the ultimate goal. Instead, it's about making the journey as enjoyable and meaningful as possible. Learning and growing through the hardships we encounter along the way is an important part of that process.

For me, the beauty of human existence lies in the moments we share with others along the way. The connections we make, the challenges we overcome, and the lessons we learn all contribute to a rich and meaningful life. So while the road may not always be smooth, I am grateful for the opportunity to travel it and to experience all that it has to offer.

To conclude

When it comes to suffering, my feelings are complex. On the one hand, I would never wish it upon anyone. It's an incredibly difficult and painful experience, and one that can leave deep scars on the heart and mind. At the same time, I recognize that suffering can be a catalyst for growth and transformation. It's through our struggles and challenges that we often discover our truest selves, uncover hidden strengths, and tap into our full potential as human beings.

I believe that everyone has their own unique experience of suffering, and that each person's tolerance and ability to learn from it is different. But one thing that is universal is the growth potential that comes with facing and overcoming hardship. No matter who you are or what you've been through, there is always an opportunity to grow, to learn, and to become stronger. For me, it was through my own experiences of suffering that I was able to truly connect with my deepest self. It was only by confronting my fears, my pain, and my doubts head-on that I was able to discover my own inner strength and resilience.

And while I would never wish suffering upon anyone, I do believe that it is through our struggles that we can find our truest selves and tap into our full potential as human beings.
